Compound Phosphates


1. Product description:
This series of products are compound of a variety of high quality phosphate. According to the meat products’ process, the product is made by scientific compounding, with good water solubility, water retention and ideal pH range.
 
2. Scope of application:
Retort and chill sausage, ham, quick-frozen conditioning products, gravy meat products,
(Such as: common grade, superior grade ham sausage, garlic sausage, Taiwan style roast sausage, meatballs, red sausage, sauce beef, etc.)
3. Function: Good water retention; Improve the production rate and prolong the shelf life; Adjust the pH value of raw meat; Increase product tenderness and improve product structure.
 
4. Dosage: 0.3%~0.5%(in the total filling).
5. Usage: Chopping process: join the dry powder, in the first step, add the compound phosphate P05 together with the raw meat and some ice water into the chopping mixing pot, and then add other auxiliary materials.
Rolling and injection process: when preparing the auxiliary material solution in the agitator, firstly add the compound phosphate , after it completely be dissolved, adding other auxiliary materials, to prevent agglomeration.

7. Storage conditions: Temperatures below 25℃, relative humidity lower than 75%, and an odor-free environment.
 
8.  Shelf life: in the above storage conditions, 24 months with package intact.
 
9. Packing: paper-plastic compound bag with net weight of 25kg, or in accordance with customer’s requirements.
 
10. Laws and regulations: this product implements the national standard GB 26687-2011, conforms to the GB 2760-2014 standard for the use of food additives. And it complies with the provisions of the United Nations Food And Agriculture Organization (FAO) / World Health Organization (WHO), the European Community (EU) and the regulations on consumption of chemicals.
